On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow (case No. А40-138712/15), dated 1 October 2015, on the forced liquidation of the Credit Institution Adelantbank, public joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1835, date of registration — 3 March 1992), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2873, dated 21 October 2015) to terminate from 22 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Credit Institution Adelantbank, public joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1638, dated 10 July 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Adelantbank, public joint-stock company, PJSC Adelantbank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
