On financial rehabilitation measures applied to JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA

On 21 September 2015, the Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in bankruptcy prevention of JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA (registration number — 3085, the city of Saratov).

The Agency held a tender to select an investor who proposed the most favourable conditions for bankruptcy prevention financing of JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA. Resulting the tender PJSC Sovcombank (registration number 963) (hereinafter, the Investor) has been selected.

The participation plan provides taking over JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA by the Investor, as well as its reorganisation through merger with PJSC Sovcombank.
