On financial rehabilitation measures applied to PJSC Sotsinvestbank

On 21 September 2015, the Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in bankruptcy prevention of PJSC Sotsinvestbank (registration number — 1132, the city of Ufa).

The Agency held a tender to select an investor to take part in PJSC Sotsinvestbank bankruptcy prevention. Resulting the tender JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL (PJSC) (hereinafter, the Investor) has been selected.

The participation plan provides taking over PJSC Sotsinvestbank by the Investor, as well as its reorganisation through merger with JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL (PJSC).
