On financial rehabilitation measures applied to OJSC Gazenergobank

On 21 September 2015, the Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in bankruptcy prevention of OJSC Gazenergobank (registration number — 3252, the city of Kaluga).

The Agency held a tender to select an investor who proposed the most favourable conditions for bankruptcy prevention financing of OJSC Gazenergobank. Resulting the tender the open joint-stock company Joint-stock commercial bank of support to commerce and business OJSC SKB-bank (registration number 705) (hereinafter, the Investor) has been selected.

The participation plan provides taking over OJSC Gazenergobank by the Investor, as well as its reorganisation through merger with OJSC SKB-bank.
