On securities issue

On 17 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Water Supply Concessions, limited liability company (the Volgograd Region), placed through public subscription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund of power engineering (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50170-N;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund First professional pension fund Veteran (the city of Moscow) placed through acquisition of shares of the established joint-stock pension fund by the reorganised non-profit pension fund itself;

to suspend the issue of series 04 non-convertible discount registered uncertified bonds of OrgStroi-Finance, limited liability company (the Perm Territory), placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-04-36355-R;

to resume the issue and to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and to the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Scientific and Production Corporation Irkut (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-00040-A-004D;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company RESO-Garantia (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value.

To assign state registration number 1-02-00074-Z to the issue of securities;

to register issues of class B1/3, B2/3 and B3/3 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Multi-originator Mortgage Agent 1 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration numbers 4-05-82069-Н, 4-06-82069-Н and 4-07-82069-Н to the issues of securities;

to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible discount registered uncertified bonds of the joint-stock company Machine assembly Complex Zvezda (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-18535-J to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Polyplast (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-02-06757-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register reports on the results of the issue of series 01, 02, 03 and 04 non-convertible interest bearing uncertified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company RUSAL Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter (the Krasnoyarsk Territory) placed through public subscription, state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-00247-А, 4-02-00247-А, 4-03-00247-А and 4-04-00247-А of 6 September 2012.

To recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration due to the non-placement of any securities;

to register a report on the results of the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing uncertified bearer bonds of Glavstroi-SPB, limited liability company (the city of Saint Petersburg), placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36477-R;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Non-governmental pension fund REGIONFUND (closed joint-stock company) (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80166-N;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State scientific and industrial enterprise Region (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-10825-А-005D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 36 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds, state registration number of the issue is 4-36-65045-D, and to the prospectus of series 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 43 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration numbers of the issues are 4-33-65045-D, 4-34-65045-D, 4-35-65045-D, 4-36-65045-D, 4-37-65045-D, 4-38-65045-D, 4-39-65045-D, 4-40-65045-D, 4-41-65045-D, 4-42-65045-D and 4-43-65045-D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and to the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Rostov helicopter production complex public joint-stock company Rostvertol (the Rostov Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-30039-Е-008D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and to the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50050-А-013D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Granit-Electron (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55227-Е-007D.
