On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company
The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company closed joint-stock company EUROSIB-INSURANCE (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 2240, location: 69 Bakuninskaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 105082, TIN 7704012319, PSRN 1027700003473).
The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the Company’s inability to execute financial rehabilitation plan in accordance with Subclause 3 of Clause 1 of Article 183.5 of Federal Law No.
Pavel S. Zamalaev (mailing address: P.O. Box 3, 47 Arbat Street, Moscow, 119002), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Receiver Organisation of the Central Federal District (location: 3 Ostapovskiy Passage, bldg. 6, office 201, Moscow, 109316), has been appointed as the head of the provisional administration.
A representative of the Insurance Market Department of the Bank of Russia has been assigned to the Company for supervising the provisional administration of the insurance company CJSC EUROSIB-INSURANCE.
During the activity of the provisional administration CJSC EUROSIB-INSURANCE shall carry out insurance as envisaged by the licence, including settling policy holders’ claims in compliance with the Russian insurance legislation, insurance contracts and insurance rules.
