On Bank of Russia decisions of 20 May 2014
On 20 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
- To register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following investment funds:
Moscow Regional Investment, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the CJSC Global Capital Management (the city of Moscow);
Global Capital — Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the CJSC Global Capital Management (the city of Moscow);
Regional Fund for Investment in Small and Medium Enterprises of the Belgorod Region, closed-end mixed unit investment fund managed by the CJSC MetallInvestTrust (the city of Moscow);
Medniy Vsadnik, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by Grand Capital Management LLC (the city of Moscow), connected to the transfer of rights and duties under the contract of trust management of the unit investment fund to another management company;
Kovcheg, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by FORTIS-Invest LLC (the city of Moscow);
Vector, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Svinin & Partners Management LLC (the city of St. Petersburg);
Mercury — Global Power Energy, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Mercury Capital Trust Management LLC (the city of Moscow);
Mercury — Global Oil and Gas, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Mercury Capital Trust Management LLC (the city of Moscow).
2. To register the rules of trust management of mortgage collateral of High Standard mortgage participation certificates managed by the CJSC Empire Trust (the city of Moscow).
3. To register the rules of trust management of mortgage collateral of Interregional Mortgage mortgage participation certificates managed by the CJSC Empire Trust (the city of Moscow).
4. To register the rules of trust management of mortgage collateral of ISU — M2 mortgage participation certificates managed by GPI Management LLC (the city of Moscow).
5. To issue licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the limited liability company Alva-Finance Management and to register the rules of organisation and internal control of the Moscow-based limited liability company Alva-Finance Management.
