On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and as an addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD‑767, dated 21 April 2014, ‘On Appointing Credit Institution Provisional Administration of Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny (OJSC Bank Zapadny, Moscow) due to the Banking Licence Revocation’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD‑776, dated 22 April 2014):

— from 22 April 2014, exclude Elena Astafieva, senior economist of the information and analysis sector, the banking supervision section, the Orel branch, from the credit institution provisional administration of the Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny;

— from 22 April 2014, relieve Alexey Ilmenev, chief counsel of the legal section, the Moscow Branch 2, from his duties of the deputy head of the credit institution provisional administration of the Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny, and nominate him member of the said provisional administration;

— from 22 April 2014, nominate Natalia Pomogina, chief economist of the economic section, the Moscow branch 2, to the post of the deputy head of the credit institution provisional administration of the Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny;

— from 22 April 2014, include in the credit institution provisional administration of the Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny the following persons: Natalia Kiseleva, chief economist of the information and analysis sector, the banking supervision section, the Orel branch; Svetlana Kazhikina, chief economist of the banking supervision section, the credit institution division, the National Bank of the Republic of Altai; Oksana Petrusheva, chief counsel of the legal section, the National Bank of the Republic of Altai; Natalia Yushina, chief economist of the credit institution licensing section, the credit institution supervision division, the Bank of Russia Regional Branch for the Krasnoyarsk Territory; Maksim Tkachenko, senior economist of the general economic section, the Belgorod branch; Lubov Zhikulina, senior economist of the information and analysis sector, the banking supervision section, the Kursk branch; Alla Pugacheva, chief economist of the cashless settlement section, the payment systems and settlements division, the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District; Elena Poltavskaya, senior economist of the valuables records sector, the customer servicing section, the Bank of Russia Moscow Branch 2; Tatiana Sergeeva, senior controller of recounting cash section 2, Moscow Branch 4; Olga Kuznetsova, chief economist of the economic office, the Podolsk Settlement and Cash Centre; Mariya Rogozhkina-Vigulyar, category 2 expert of the administration division, the Podolsk Settlement and Cash Centre; Olga Larina, category 1 economist of the recording section, the Podolsk Settlement and Cash Centre; Nadezhda Gamova, chief economist of the economic office, the Zhukovsky Settlement and Cash Centre; Yekaterina Pasynkova, senior economist of the economic office, the Zhukovsky Settlement and Cash Centre; Yuliya Silaeva, chief economist of the economic office, the Dmitrov Settlement and Cash Centre; and Nadezhda Kshnyaykina, category 1 economist of the recording section, the Dmitrov Settlement and Cash Centre.
