On declaring void issue of shares and on canceling its state registration

Pursuant to Clause 19.3 of Bank of Russia Instruction No. 148-I, dated 27 December 2013, ‘On the Procedure for Issuing Credit Institution Securities in the Russian Federation’, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs about the decision to declare void the seventh additional issue of the ordinary registered uncertified shares of Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Zlatkombank and to cancel the state registration of this issue.

The state registration of the issue was cancelled on 16 December 2016.

Securities type, category and form — ordinary registered uncertified shares.

The date of the additional issue state registration is 20 August 2015.

Registration body — the Main Territorial Division of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow.

The reason to cancel the state registration of the seventh additional issue of shares is the declaration of this issue as void and the registration by the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District of the report on the results of the additional issue of shares of Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Zlatkombank which contains information on its failure to place any shares.

Following the cancellation of the state registration of the seventh additional issue of the shares of Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Zlatkombank any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their offer and (or) bid prices are prohibited.
