On declaring void issue of shares and on canceling its state registration

The securities issue was declared void and its state registration was cancelled on 16 November 2016.

The reason to cancel the state registration of the seventh additional issue of shares is the declaration of this issue as void and the registration by the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District of the report on the results of the additional issue of shares of REGIONAL JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ‘MOSKVA’ (PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) which contains information on its failure to place any shares.
Following the cancellation of the state registration of the seventh additional issue of the shares of REGIONAL JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ‘MOSKVA’ (PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY), any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their buying and (or) selling prices are prohibited.
