On securities issue

On 20 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Mortgage Agent Eclipse-1, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-01-36476-R;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shared of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Sberbank Private Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares in the course of reorganisation through transformation, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-80163-N.

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shared of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company RusExpressCredit placed through exchange of stakes in the authorised capital of the reorganised limited liability company into shares of the joint-stock company established through reorganisation, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-50421-А;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based closed joint-stock company KIT Finance Non-governmental Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-80170-N;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based joint-stock company United Shipbuilding Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55331-Е-009D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company State Transport Leasing Company placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-32432-Н-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Estate Invest placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-82722-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (the Udmurt Republic) placed through conversion of shares into shares with lower par value, the state registration number of issue is 1-02-55518-Е;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Military-Industrial Corporation NPO Mashinostroyenia (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12145-А-009D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Central Research Institute of Automatics and Hydraulics placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14938-А-004D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems (the Krasnoyarsk Territory) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55356-Е-009D.
