On appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Vladivostok-based credit institution joint-stock company DALTA-BANK or JSC DALTA-BANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 142, date of registration — 29 March 1991) (Order No. OD-2233, dated 21 August 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2234, dated 21 August 2015) to appoint from 21 August 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution joint-stock company DALTA-BANK for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Alena Arsentieva, head of financial monitoring in financial markets section of the Financial Monitoring of Banking Activity, Financial Markets and Currency Control Division of the Far Eastern Bank of Russia Main Branch, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of joint-stock company DALTA-BANK.
The provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company DALTA-BANK also includes: T.A. Lysenko, A.N. Zagorodny, M.V. Bayanov, D.Ye. Medvedev, A.M. Mukhin, S.Yu. Zimin.
