On reorganisation of non-governmental pension funds

On 19 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund First National Pension Fund through conversion into the closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund First National Pension Fund, to register the closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund First National Pension Fund, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund First National Pension Fund.

2.To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund Stayer through merger with Non-State Pension Fund Blagovest, to register the Pension rules and the Insurance rules of the Non-State Pension Fund Blagovest.

3.To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socialnoe Razvitie through conversion into the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socialnoe Razvitie, to register the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socialnoe Razvitie, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socialnoe Razvitie.

4.To agree on the reorganisation of the AKVILON Interregional Non-State Pension Fund through conversion into the open joint-stock company AKVILON Interregional Non-State Pension Fund, to register the open joint-stock company AKVILON Interregional Non-State Pension Fund, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company AKVILON Interregional Non-State Pension Fund.

5.To agree on the reorganisation of the Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension Fund through conversion into the open joint-stock company Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension Fund, to register the open joint-stock company Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension Fund, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension Fund.

6. To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Government Pension Fund Magnit through conversion into the closed joint-stock company Non-Government Pension Fund Magnit, to register the closed joint-stock company Non-Government Pension Fund Magnit, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company Non-Government Pension Fund Magnit.

7.To agree in the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socium through conversion into the closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socium, to register the closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socium, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Socium.

8.To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-State Pension Fund Blagodenstvie through conversion into the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Blagodenstvie, to register the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Blagodenstvie, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Blagodenstvie.

9.To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-State Pension Fund Arel through conversion into the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Arel, to register the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Arel, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Arel.

10.To agree on the reorganisation of the Republican Non-State Pension Fund Social Protection through separation of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital; to register the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital; to issue a licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital, and to register the Pension rules and the Insurance rules of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital, and the Rules of organisation and internal controls in the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital.
