On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 30 May 2016, with regard to case No. А40-75888/16-174-113, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Mosvodokanalbank, open joint-stock company (Bank of Russia registration No. 2863, date of registration: 25 May 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1893, dated 17 June 2016) to terminate from 20 June 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Mosvodokanalbank, open joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1016, dated 28 March 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Mosvodokanalbank, Open Joint-Stock Company, or OJSC CB MVKB Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
