On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, dated 31 May 2016, with regard to case No. А43-8925/2016, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Bogorodsky, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 1277, date of registration: 24 December 1990), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1895, dated 17 June 2016) to terminate from 20 June 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Bogorodsky, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-989, dated 24 March 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Commercial Bank Bogorodsky, Limited Liability Company, or Bank Bogorodsky LLC (the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the town of Bogorodsk) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
