On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Orel-based credit institution Bank ZERICH, closed joint-stock company, or Bank ZERICH CJSC appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-675, dated 26 February 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1311, dated 20 April 2016) to withdraw P.V. Fabrichnov, N.V. Kuzmenko and Ye.V. Ryabinina from the provisional administration of the credit institution Bank ZERICH, closed joint-stock company, from 20 April 2016.
