On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution SMARTBANK, joint-stock company, or JSC SMARTBANK appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1014, dated 28 March 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1313, dated 20 April 2016):

to withdraw S.A. Esaulov, D.S. Gulentsov from the provisional administration of the credit institution SMARTBANK, joint-stock company, from 20 April 2016.
