On launch of reorganisation procedure of credit institutions

Pursuant to Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia informs on the launch of reorganisation procedure of the Saint-Petersburg-based VTB Bank, public joint-stock company, or VTB Bank PJSC (registration No. 1000). The Moscow-based BS Bank (Bank Special), joint-stock company, or JSC BS Bank will join the said bank with simultaneous separation from the Moscow-based joint-stock commercial bank Bank of Moscow, open joint-stock company, or OJSC Bank of Moscow (registration No. 2748).
