On terminating activity of provisional administration of insurance company

Due to recognising the Closed Joint-stock Company PROTECTION-INSURANCE (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 2240; location address: 69 Bakuninskaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 105082, TIN 7704012319, PSRN 1027700003473) insolvent (bankrupt) and iniating bankruptcy proceedings in compliance with Clause 2 of Article 183.12 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ the activity of the provisional administration of the mentioned insurance company is terminated from 13 January 2015.

The provisional administration was appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2188, dated 21 August 2015, for the period of six months.

Pavel S. Zamalaev (mailing address: PO Box 3, 47 Arbat Street, Moscow, 119002), member of non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District (address: 3 Ostapovsky Passage, bldg. 6, Moscow, 109316, office 201), was appointed head of the provisional administration.
