On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK EUROKOMMERZ, or PJSC CB EUROKOMMERZ appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2890, dated 23 October 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3252, dated 19 November 2015):

to withdraw A.V. Balagova from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK EUROKOMMERZ from 20 November 2015.
