On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 19 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to agree on the reorganisation of the Non-governmental pension Ingosstrakh through the establishment of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Ingosstrakh-Pension; to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Ingosstrakh-Pension; to issue a licence to the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Ingosstrakh-Pension to carry out pension provision and retirement insurance and to register pension rules of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Ingosstrakh-Pension.
