On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution public joint-stock company RBR Bank, or PJSC JSCB RBR, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3098, dated 10 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3255, dated 19 November 2015) to introduce A.K. Chernousov, A.A. Zdobnov to the provisional administration to manage the credit institution public joint-stock company RBR Bank from 20 November 2015.
