On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 89-90 (1685-1686) of 20 October 2015 has been released.

The Bulletin publishes Bank of Russia Regulation No. 490-P, dated 4 September 2015, ‘Sectoral Standard for Accounting by Non-Credit Financial Institutions of Deferred Tax Liabilities and Deferred Tax Assets’ (becomes effective from 1 January 2017; to be used by microfinance organisations, credit consumer cooperatives and housing saving cooperatives from 1 January 2018, and by agricultural credit consumer cooperatives and lombards from 1 January 2019).
