On 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register the issues and the prospectus of series 01 and 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Finance-Avia, limited liability company (the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration numbers 4-01-36484-R and 4-02-36484-R to the issues of securities.
