To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company High Technology Park placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-04469-Е-001D.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company URANIS-Radiosystems placed through allocation of shares among the founders of the joint-stock company.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Investment Housing Company placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value.

To assign state registration number 1-02-50153-А to the issue of securities.

To register an issueof series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of REGION Capital, limited liability company, placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36452-R to the issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Scientific Center — Research Institute of Atomic Reactors placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55411-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company GEDEON RICHTER RUS placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-02500-Н-004D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock energy and electrification company Lenenergo placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00073-A-003D.
