On Bank of Russia decisions of 19 August 2014 

On 19 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To register amendments and addenda to the Regulations of a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the Surgut-based Central Surgut Depository, limited liability company.

2.To reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company ALPINA Management Company.

3.To register amendments and addenda to the Pension rules of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Gazfond Pension Savings.

4.To register amendments and addenda to the Pension rules of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Non-Governmental Pension Fund.

5.To register amendments and addenda to the Insurance rules of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Non-Governmental Pension Fun.

6. To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of trust management of Megapolis, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Alfa Style Management Company, limited liability company.
