On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow dated 5 July 2016, with regard to case А40-121817/16-70-138 ‘B’ on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Passenger Transport Enterprises Development of Moscow Mostransbank (Open joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2258, date of registration — 29 January 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2287, dated 18 July 2016) to terminate from 19 July 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Passenger Transport Enterprises Development of Moscow Mostransbank (Open joint-stock company), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1409, dated 5 July 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Passenger Transport Enterprises Development of Moscow Mostransbank (Open Joint-stock Company) or JSCB Mostransbank OJSC Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence.’
