On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, dated 23 June 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Taurus Bank, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia registration No. 655, date of registration is 31 October 1990), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1701, dated 17 July 2015) to terminate from 20 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Taurus Bank, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-887, dated 24 April 2015, ‘On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Taurus Bank, joint-stock company, Taurus Bank JSC, Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
