On Declaring Void and Cancellation of State Registration of Securities Issue
The Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District, Moscow made a decision to declare void and cancel the state registration of the securities issue by the joint-stock commercial bank Tusar (closed joint-stock company).
The type, category and form of securities are certified interest bearing inconvertible bearer securities with compulsory centralized storage of 01 series, placed for private offering to legal entities — qualified investors.
The number of securities of the issue is 500.000 (five hundred thousand) with a nominal value of 1,000 (one thousand) roubles each.
The date of maturity is on the 1911th day from the date the securities of the issue were placed.
The individual state registration number is 40102712B, assigned by the Moscow Regional Branch of the Bank of Russia.
The date of state registration of the issue of securities is 16 June 2012.
The date of the cancellation of state registration of the issue of securities is 16 June 2014.
Reason: declaration of the issue of securities void due to the failure of the issuer to place any security of the issue.
From the date of preliminary notification of the credit entity-issuer, underwriter and depositary performing a centralized storage of the certificate of securities, and transactions with these securities, advertising of securities of this issue, public declaration of their bidding and (or) offering prices are prohibited.
