On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 31 March 2016, with regard to case No. А40-25442/16-70-41 B, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution International Joint-stock Bank, closed joint-stock company (Bank of Russia registration No. 1987, date of registration: 4 August 1992), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1278, dated 15 April 2016) to terminate from 18 April 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution International Joint-stock Bank, closed joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-329, dated 3 February 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution International Joint-stock Bank, Closed Joint-Stock Company, or CJSC MAB Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
