On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Saint-Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, dated 25 March 2016, with regard to case No. А56-6825/2016, on compulsory liquidation of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, joint-stock company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 3203, date of registration: 26 January 1995), and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1279, dated 15 April 2016) to terminate from 18 April 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-140, dated 21 January 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Saint Petersburg-Based Credit Institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, Joint-Stock Company, or JSCB Turbobank JSC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
