On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Universalnie Finansy, joint-stock company, or CB Unifin JSC, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-524, dated 15 February 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1277, dated 15 March 2016):

to withdraw A.S. Lebedev from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Universalnie Finansy, joint-stock company, from 18 April 2016 .

to introduce A.I. Bahman to the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Universalnie Finansy, joint-stock company, from 18 April 2016.
