On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution joint-stock company StarBank or JSC StarBank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-921, dated 18 March 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-1280, dated 15 April 2016) to withdraw M.I. Shalaginov from the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company StarBank from 18 April 2016.
