On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 31 March 2016, with regard to case No. А40-21225/16-174-39, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution COMMERCIAL INTERREGIONAL TRUST BANK, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 2493, date of registration: 8 September 1993), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1213, dated 13 April 2016) to terminate from 13 April 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL INTERREGIONAL TRUST BANK, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-270, dated 29 January 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution COMMERCIAL INTERREGIONAL TRUST BANK, Limited Liability Company, or LLC CB MEZHTRUSTBANK Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
