On Bank of Russia decisions

On 17 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Michael — Investment, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Russian Investment Club Asset Management, limited liability company;

Alfa Capital Strategic Investments, open-end mixed unit investment fund managed by Alfa Capital Asset Management, limited liability company;

Salaryevo, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by MDM Asset Management, limited liability company;

to register the rules of trust management of Agropolis Plus, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by Infrastructure Investments Asset Management, closed joint-stock company;

to reissue document confirming the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the Moscow-based Non-governmental Pension Fund of Metallurgists, joint-stock company, due to the change of name;

to strike off from the register of unit investment funds information on ALFA-BANK, joint-stock company, and Vostochny Express Bank, public joint-stock company, acting as the agents to issue, cancel and exchange investment units of Alfa Capital Strategic Investments, open-end mixed unit investment fund managed by Alfa Capital Asset Management, limited liability company.
