On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 18 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decision to reissue the forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

the Chelyabinsk-based joint-stock company Uglemetbank to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name and location;

the Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank STRATEGIA (public joint-stock company) to perform broker, dealer, and depository activity due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based public joint-stock company ROSBANK to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;

the Rostov-on-Don-based public joint-stock company Donkhlebbank to perform broker, dealer, and depository activity due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based limited liability company CB Bank of Settlements and Savings to perform broker, dealer activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of location;

the Syzran-based limited liability company Zemsky Bank to perform depository activity due to the reorganisation;

the Moscow-based joint-stock company National Investment Company to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name and location;

the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Adelantbank to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Legion (joint-stock company) to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based limited liability company Vash Investitsionnyi Konsultant to perform broker, dealer activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of location;

the Vladivostok-based public joint-stock company Far Eastern Bank to perform broker, dealer, and depository activity due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based CB Bank Razvitiya Tekhnologyi (joint-stock company) to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based AMB Bank (public joint-stock company) to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based joint-stock company GENBANK to perform broker and dealer activity due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based public joint-stock company United Financial Capital Bank to perform broker, dealer, depository activity and the activity to manage securities due to the change of name;

the Moscow-based limited liability company TransInvestCapital to perform broker activity due to the change of location;

the Moscow-based State Specialised Russian Export-Import Bank (joint-stock company) to perform dealer activity due to the change of name.
