On securities issue

On 19 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To refuse state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company MTK, state registration number of the additional issue 1-01-80698-Н-001D, to recognise this additional issue of securities as failed and to cancel its state registration.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Ural Plant of Transport Engineering placed through private subscription.

To resume the issue, register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Dagestan Development Corporation and the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Dagestan Development Corporation placed through acquisition of ordinary registered uncertified shares by the sole founder of the joint-stock company.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50382-А to the issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Trakya Glass Rus placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-53769-К-003D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Afrikantov Experimental Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55400-Е-007D to the additional issue of securities.

To register issues of classes B1, B2 and B3 non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Multioriginatory Mortgage Agent 1 placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-82069-Н, 4-02-82069-Н and 4-03-82069-Н to the issues of securities.

To register changes to the decision on the additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Saturn Scientific and Production Association placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue of securities 1-01-50001-А-005D.

To include the limited liability company Academ-Finance in the list of persons acting as representatives of bondholders.

To include the open joint-stock company Federal Stock Corporation in the list of persons acting as representatives of bondholders.
