To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution RUSSKIY STROITELNY BANK, joint-stock company, or JSC RSB BANK appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3660, dated 18 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-598, dated 19 February 2016) to withdraw A.S. Blagodirov, O.R. Chernykh, V.S. Boyev, T.V. Milchenko, N.V. Zaitseva from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution RUSSKIY STROITELNY BANK, joint-stock company, from 20 February 2016.
