On 18 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments to the Regulations of specialized depository to exercise control over pension savings investments on the grounds of specialised depository agreements to render services to the non-governmental pension fund and its management companies, trustees of the non-governmental pension fund under trust management agreement. The Regulations are issued by the Moscow-based Specialised Depository FORT, limited liability company.
