On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Astrakhan Region, dated 25 December 2015, with regard to case No. А06-19774/2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution public joint-stock company Agroinvestment Commercial Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1946, date of registration — 6 July 1992) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-111, dated 18 January 2016) to terminate from 19 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution public joint-stock company Agroinvestment Commercial Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2986, dated 2 November 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Public Joint-stock Company Agroinvestment Commercial Bank or PJSC AGROINVESTBANK (the city of Astrakhan) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
