On reorganisation through merger

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District notifies on the initiation of the reorganisation of the Moscow-based Joint-Stock Company BM-Bank, or BM-Bank JSC (Registration No. 2748) through merger with EN—Asset Management Limited Liability Company, or EN—Assets LLC (PSRN 1135032008682) and with EN—Investment Management Limited Liability Company, or EN—Invest LLC (PSRN 1115032002986).
