On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTRASTBANK, JOINT-STOCK COMPANY (BANK ITB JSC) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2659, dated 6 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3225, dated 18 November 2015):

— to withdraw L.N. Belozerova, V.P. Vysotskaya, O.A. Kuznetsova, G.M. Tomissar, I.V. Salmina, M.A. Leonova from the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTRASTBANK, JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, from 18 November 2015;

— to include L.Ye. Barsukova, Ye.V. Kuzmina, and K.V. Kodomskiy in the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTRASTBANK, JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, from 18 November 2015.
