On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Dagestan, dated 31 October 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Commercial Bank of Social Development Dagestan, Limited Liability Company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 543, a date of registration is 22 October 1990), and appointing a liquidator in accordance with Point 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. ОD-3250, dated 18 November 2014) to terminate from 19 November 2014 the activities of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank of Social Development Dagestan, Limited Liability Company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-227, dated 5 March 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank of Social Development Dagestan, Limited Liability Company or CBSD Dagestan LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
