On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 9 September 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2037, date of registration — 28 August 1992), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2561 dated 19 September 2014) to terminate from 22 September 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1154, dated 26 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Kreditimpeks Bank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Kreditimpeks Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
