to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Inter RAO Capital placed through conversion of shares into shares with lower par value, the state registration number of the issue is 1-03-37770-Н;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Non-governmental Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80168-N;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Virgin placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-79760-Н-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Arizona placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-78840-Н-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Lukas placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-79754-Н-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Komineft placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-00051-А-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Narumi placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-79096-Н-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Concern Avtomatika placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14983-А-002D.
