Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs on the procedure of reorganisation of the open joint-stock company ROST BANK through acquisition of the open joint-stock company BaikalInvestBank, open joint-stock company Smolensk Stock Commercial Bank (SKA-Bank), open joint-stock company joint-stock commercial bank Tveruniversalbank, and closed joint-stock company Uralprivatbank.
