On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2080, dated 29 June 2016, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank PRISCO CAPITAL BANK (joint-stock company) or CB PRISCO CAPITAL BANK, JSC, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2292, dated 19 July 2016):
to withdraw Ye. N. Kabitsky from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank PRISCO CAPITAL BANK (joint-stock company) from 20 July 2016.
