Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ the North-Western Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation announces the initiation of the procedure of the reorganisation of the Public Joint-stock Company Bank Alexandrovsky through merger with the Joint-stock company Bank for Support of Small Business.
