On revocation of banking licence

Due to the non-compliance by the Moscow-based credit institution Agency Settlement and Credit System Bank (joint-stock company) or JSC Arxbank with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, repeated application within a year of measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, considering the existence of a real threat to the interests of creditors and depositors, and guided by Article 19, Clause 6 of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ and Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2288, dated 19 July 2016) to revoke the banking licence of the credit institution Agency Settlement and Credit System Bank (joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1868, date of registration — 22 May 1992) from 19 July 2016.
