On Bank of Russia decisions

On 14 July 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off entries on the following credit history bureaus from the state register of credit history bureaus:

Closed joint-stock company National Credit Bureau (No. 077-00016-002 in the state register of credit history bureaus) (hereinafter, CJSC NCB) following a decision of CJSC NCB shareholder to terminate the activity of CJSC NCB as a credit history bureau;

Limited liability company Unified Bureau of Credit Histories (No. 078-00001-002 in the state register of credit history bureaus) (hereinafter, LLC UBCH) following a decision taken by participants of LLC UBCH general meeting to terminate its activity as a credit history bureau;

Limited liability company Siberian Bureau of Credit Histories (No. 042-00025-002 in the state register of credit history bureaus) (hereinafter, LLC Siberian Bureau of Credit Histories) following a decision of the Court of Arbitration of the Kemerovo Region in case No. А27-6678/2016, dated 7 June 2016, to strike off LLC Siberian Bureau of Credit Histories from the state register of credit history bureaus.
